Privacy and Confidentiality Policy*

1. Confidentiality Obligation: As a participant in the PM Success Mastermind Group, I acknowledge that I will be exposed to confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to business strategies, processes, client information, and discussions (“Confidential Information”). I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all such information and not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of PM Success.

2. Use of Information: I understand that PM Success and its coaching team may use the content and insights gained from the mastermind group discussions for educational, promotional, or business purposes. However, I am assured that in such use, PM Success will not disclose any personal details or identities of the participants or any specifics that could lead to the identification of the participants or their businesses.

3. Anonymization of Information: PM Success commits to the anonymization of any content from the mastermind discussions that may be utilized. This includes altering names, identifiable details, and specific contexts to ensure the complete confidentiality of all group members.

4. Non-disclosure of Identity: Under no circumstances will PM Success disclose the identity or personal details of any participant in the mastermind group when using content from the discussions for business, educational, or promotional purposes without written consent.

5. Obligation of Participants: As a participant, I too agree not to use or disclose any information shared by other members of the mastermind group outside of the group. This includes, but is not limited to, personal stories, business strategies, challenges, and solutions discussed within the group.

6. Duration of Confidentiality: The confidentiality obligations set forth in this agreement shall continue during my participation in the mastermind group and indefinitely after my departure from the group.

7. Acknowledgement: By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this confidentiality agreement as set forth by PM Success.
