Grand Canyon Rim to Rim Entrepreneur’s Event

Congratulations! You have been selected as one of our participants in the 2025 Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim hike.

Please read the following information carefully and then complete your registration prior to DECEMBER 9th, 2024. As demand to participate was quite high we will be releasing all unregistered spots to members on the wait list after this date.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Dates for the event: June 4th-6th, 2025
• On June 4th we will meet at the south rim near Bright Angel Lodge to catch a shuttle to the north rim at 1:00pm. The shuttle leaves promptly at 1:30pm.
• If you miss the shuttle you will be unable to participate in the hike.
• It is highly recommended that you arrive on June 3rd to avoid any delays in travel, entering the park, or locating the group.
• Lodging will be provided on the North Rim for the night of June 4th as part of your registration.
• Lodging on the north rim is extremely limited and we will be pairing people per cabin / room. We will do our best to accommodate roommate requests, however, they are not guaranteed.
• You will need to secure lodging on the south rim for the evening of June 3rd, as well as for June 5th. There are many options for lodging on the south rim.
• You can find the information for booking your lodging at the end of this correspondence.
• What’s included in the event:
• Transportation to the North Rim from the South Rim.
• Lodging the night of June 4th
• Dinner the night of June 4th
• Guided hike from the north to the south rim with industry peers.
• Breakfast the morning of June 6th
• Survivor’s networking event and event ceremony the morning of June 6th.
• You will need to purchase a park pass to gain entrance into the national park. Park passes are $35 per vehicle.

If you have family members who would like to visit the Grand Canyon with you feel free to have them stay with you the night of the 3rd, visit the south rim on the 4th & 5th and then join us for breakfast and our survivor’s networking event where we will share discuss personal transformation stories, the challenges we overcame, and our special awards presentation.

Additional information will be provided regarding recommended gear, training, and other frequently asked questions once we have completed the registration process.
