Description
Social Success
Guided, interactive and weekly live online classes with additional online course work for the busy property manager that wants to create or improve their online presence.
Week 1: Social Media: a tool to ignite your business
In our first lesson Social Media: a tool to ignite your business you will have a better understanding of each social media app and how you can use them to your advantage. You’ll also learn how much people use social media everyday. You might be one of those people who only consumes social media, but while taking this course you will start to see what it means to be a creator and how to use it as a tool for your business, and not just a way to pass the time.
Week 2: Becoming a Social Media Success
Becoming a Social MEdia Success is our second lesson that’s all about you. You’re not sure what to post, how to post, how much to post, and we will help you answer those questions, but the best place to start is sharing who you are. With this lesson you’ll learn you’re more interesting than you think and you shouldn’t be afraid to let others know. The more open you are, the more people get to know you and your business
Week 3: Getting Camera Ready
Being a creator might sound kind of scary, but that’s only because it will be new to you. In the third lesson Getting Camera Ready, we help you get over that fear and any others you may have for creating. Not only will this help you with creating content, but it will help you be the person you’ve always wanted to be. When we show others who we want to be, who we are it’s freeing and could help encourage others. Doing anything new for the first time requires practice, so we’ll teach you how to continue to post content and how to avoid mistakes that others make
Week 4: Consistency and Introduction to Editing Tools
Does creating content take time? It can, but it shouldn’t have to. We understand your time is valuable, and we want to teach you some tools and software you could use to make it easier. Even though you’ll still be new at creating content, it’s good to remember quantity is important, but quality will help your content stand out, and the software we’ll introduce to you will make your posts look “professionally” done.
Week 5: Storytelling / Hooks
Going into week five, Storytelling / Hooks we will encourage you to learn the importance of storytelling and how you can keep someone’s attention with each piece of content you create. What are you saying with your post? How do you want it to be perceived? Well with the new tools you learned in the previous week, we will simply show you some editing tricks, that are easy to do, that will help keep a viewer’s attention, and will leave wanting to consume more of your content
Week 6: Posting on More Than One Platform
Are you currently only making content for one app? Why not share your story on other apps too? Week six, Posting on More Than One Platform, is simply that, but why should you do that, does it help, is it spam? We want to help you and your business get seen so we’re going to explain to you WHY you need to do this. This isn’t an option, and you will thank us later. Being comfortable on one app is great, but why not be seen by more?
Week 7: Building a Social Media Strategy
What is a Social Media Strategy? In week seven you will learn the best way to keep yourself organized, how to see if what you’re making is working, how to be consistent and not fall off your journey, how to work with others, and how social media can work for you. There’s a lot of sure fire ways to continue to make great content for your business, but there’s still a way to be in a content creator mindset even when you’re not creating content. At this point in the course we will have you motivated to always think about what you could make next, as a viewer and a consumer. Want to learn how to create ads? We’ll show you that too.
Week 8: Graduation and Future Success!
In our final lesson, we will show you more ways to be successful that are a little more advanced. Learning about podcasting and what it takes to run your own show. Live streaming and how to keep people engaged while being live. It’s a lot harder than you think. Webinars and the different series you could create. Email marketing and how to get leads. We’ll also share how you can make all your long form content into short form.
